Um motorista de Camb\u00e9, no norte do Paran\u00e1, ser\u00e1 indenizado em R$ 20 mil pelo Departamento de Tr\u00e2nsito do Paran\u00e1 (Detran-PR) e pelo Estado, por falha na presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o, da 4\u00aa Turma Recursal do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Paran\u00e1 (TJ-PR), refere-se \u00e0 cobran\u00e7a indevida de IPVA sobre um carro que havia sido destru\u00eddo pela queda de uma \u00e1rvore. Mesmo ap\u00f3s o sinistro, o ve\u00edculo permaneceu ativo no sistema do Detran, o que gerou novas cobran\u00e7as do imposto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sem quitar o tributo, o motorista acabou tendo o nome negativado. A Justi\u00e7a reconheceu o erro do Detran-PR por n\u00e3o dar baixa no ve\u00edculo e determinou o pagamento da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o por danos morais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
