Em pleito realizado nesta segunda-feira (10\/03), no sal\u00e3o nobre da Prefeitura de Apucarana, o Conselho Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano de Apucarana (CMDU) elegeu o diretor-presidente do Instituto de Desenvolvimento, Pesquisa e Planejamento da Prefeitura de Apucarana (Idepplan), engenheiro civil Thalles Felipe Kovalczuk Ribeiro, como novo presidente. A vice-presid\u00eancia ser\u00e1 ocupada pelo secret\u00e1rio Municipal de Obras, engenheiro civil Mateus Franciscon Fernandes. O mandato \u00e9 v\u00e1lido por dois anos, at\u00e9 mar\u00e7o de 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d3rg\u00e3o de assessoramento da Prefeitura de Apucarana, com fun\u00e7\u00f5es fiscalizadoras e deliberativas, o CMDU \u00e9 composto por membros titulares e suplentes do Poder P\u00fablico, de entidades de classe e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es civis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es do conselho est\u00e3o a articula\u00e7\u00e3o das discuss\u00f5es de revis\u00e3o do Plano Diretor Municipal, acompanhamento da elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano Plurianual Municipal; sugest\u00f5es sobre quest\u00f5es de car\u00e1ter estrat\u00e9gico para o desenvolvimento da cidade e, em casos espec\u00edficos, emiss\u00e3o de parecer sobre propostas de altera\u00e7\u00e3o da lei geral do Plano Diretor e leis complementares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
