O valor representa cerca de <strong>20% do total lan\u00e7ado<\/strong>, que soma <strong>R$ 43,2 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> neste exerc\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a <strong>Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda<\/strong>, <strong>52,8% da arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> veio de pagamentos em cota \u00fanica, totalizando <strong>R$ 4,7 milh\u00f5es<\/strong> quitados \u00e0 vista. J\u00e1 a primeira parcela do IPTU, para os contribuintes que optaram pelo parcelamento, correspondeu a <strong>R$ 3,8 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste ano, a prefeitura adotou o sistema <strong>e-Cartas de cobran\u00e7a<\/strong>, emitindo <strong>59.484 carn\u00eas<\/strong>, totalizando <strong>R$ 48,4 milh\u00f5es<\/strong>.
